This illustration is the first in a year-long series created for Peachtree Christian Church in Atlanta, Georgia.
PCC is a historic, progressive congregation—perhaps most recognizable from its appearances in Captain America: Civil War (Peggy Carter’s funeral was filmed there) and the most recent Exorcist film, which used several areas of the church as locations.

Following their centennial celebration in 2025, PCC commissioned me to develop visual branding and marketing materials for the 2026 theme, “Rooted and Renewed.” This piece serves as the foundation for the liturgical year beginning in Advent. Throughout 2026, I will evolve and reinterpret this central tree motif to reflect the shifting seasons and themes of the church calendar, allowing the congregation to experience the theme as a living, growing narrative across the year.

This image was created to promote a teaching series titled Red Sea Rules.
The goal of the visual was to engage men in their mid-twenties and invite them into conversations about navigating the challenges and uncertainties of early adulthood. The artwork blends symbolic storytelling with a contemporary aesthetic to make the themes approachable, relatable, and compelling for the intended audience.
